ESB 2009 - Industrial Day and Partnering Event
Industrial Day and Partnering Event during the annual conference of the European Society for Biomaterials (ESB) September 8th, 2009 Lausanne, Switzerland
ESB annual conference is the 2nd largest
Biomaterials Congress. Around 1000 participants are expected, as well
as 300 oral presentations and more than 400 posters. Four themes of the
day are proposed : « Industrial Day » (Sept.8), Spine (Sept.9),
Infection (Sept.10), Cardiovascular intervention (Sept.11).
The Industrial Day will focus on the exchange between academia and
industry in the field of biomaterials and has been planed to facilitate
interactions through:
- Keynote lectures on « how to bring a product to the market »
- Scientific conferences
- Partnering Event
- Exhibitors evening
For the Partnering Event, a catalog of technology profiles is in preparation and the participants will have the opportunity to meet during pre-organised one-to-one meetings.
Daily registration is possible to participate only in the Industrial Day and the Partnering Event.
Cost for one day is 200 Euros (before June 30) and 230 Euros (after July 1).
